Coppe Laboratories has a dedicated clinical laboratory with a separate research space. Our BSL-3 lab, SOPs, trained scientific staff, cell lines and tittered virus stocks are resources for use in contract and collaborative research investigations.
BSL-3 Clinical Laboratory
The BSL-3 lab is utilized for infectious disease research for the following viral pathogens:

- Powassan I strain LB
- Powassan II/Deer Tick Virus strain CT390
- Powassan II/Deer Tick Virus strain WI246
BSL-2 Laboratory viruses:
- HHV-6A, HHV-6B, EBV, CMV, HHV-7
